In 2018, Geoscan specialists, at the invitation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Angola, visited Angola and performed a number of demonstration flights with a support of the local partner – Alfa Sementeira Limitada (Luanda, Angola).
After more than a dozen of Geoscan 201 flights, and thousands of photos processed with Agisoft Metashape, the results are:
- Over 2500 ha of forests inspected
- 3D model of irrigation system
- Detailed map of a ravine near the city of Luena
- Agricultural land maps for the MOSAP II project
