Geoscan conducts aeromagnetic surveys in extreme arid environments
Last year, our specialists performed demonstration flights over a small area in Saudi Arabia. The data obtained perfectly matched the results of earlier ground-based exploration, effectively showcasing the efficiency of magnetic surveying with UAVs — at reduced labor and cost.

Identification of structural control factors of primary gold ore occurrences by method of unmanned aeromagnetic survey by the example of the Neryungrisky district of Yakutia
The authors pursued their goal to develop a system of approaches in the organization of unmanned magnetometer survey, implemented for structural and geological mapping. The data for the research were collected within the project in the Neryungrinsky district of Yakutia. Based on the obtained materials, the authors carried out the analysis, modified the office analysis of magnetometry data as well as created a physical and geological model of the investigated area.
